Since it seems relevant to the emergent gameplay that a lot of us have talked about in the latest blog posts, I thought that I'd share this link with everyone:
http://www.dvorakgame.co.uk/index.php/Main_PageIt's a card game called Dvorak in which the point is to make the cards as you play. There are a few rules for how the cards are made, but otherwise it is very free-form and creative. The website also has several ideas for decks that others have already created.
Also, check out the website of Dvorak's creator, Kevan Davis:
http://kevan.org/It has tons of other interesting game projects that he has worked on.

This reminds me a lot about 1000 Blank White Cards, which a bit of a discordian prank. Dvorak seems more "organized" as a make your own rules game, and seems to take itself more seriously.

Daniel this is cool, but it's also derived (appropriated? ripped off?) from a very popular party game. I think it's interesting that he makes no mention of it in his description: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1000_Blank_White_Cards Do I see another "Landlord's Game/Monopoly" story in the making?
