This is a cute game and I like the drunkenness mechanic; I think you have to be very careful of two major potential pitfalls: 1) it is an "in" joke that nobody not of the Georgia Tech community will get; 2) It has the risk of becoming a bit of a one-liner. So I think the key to making this work is to really play around with this idea of being "too drunk" or "not drunk enough" to be committing pranks around the school. You might want to take a look at Akrasia, which is a much more serious game but has a mechanic in which the extreme out come of addiction is portrayed by basically inverting all the controls. Also a couple of other comments; excellent playtesting documentation; keep that up. I don't see a schedule so you should try to do that soon.
